Adults 1 class focuses on the basics of skating and improving basic skating skills. The group is suitable for adults who have been skating for a while and who want to focus on developing their basic skating technique.
In Adults 2 class skaters keep improving their basic skating skills but also progress to more difficult movements such as jumps and spins. The group is suitable for adults who have skated for a while and who already have basic skating skills.
The fastest group, where all aspects of skating are practiced versatilely (jumps, spins, steps, spirals). The group is suitable for adults who have been skating for a few years and who want new challenges for their training. It would be good for those joining the group to master solo jumps and basic spins.
